1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer.

3. Offer and refurbished products

All items offered are refurbished: used, returned or lightly damaged items that have been repaired, cleaned and inspected. The condition of each item is described with a star rating and an explanation. Every item is unique and is offered in one specific size.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The struck-through price is the original recommended retail price of a comparable new item. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the seller.

5. Contract and payment

Payment is made using the methods offered on the website. The seller accepts internationally recognised payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard credit cards and PayPal, iDEAL; the current options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed in a secure, encrypted environment by a recognised payment provider. Until payment is received, an order has “pending payment” status and the seller is not obliged to deliver it.

6. Stock and cancellation

The items are unique physical pieces, so availability per item is limited. If an ordered item turns out to be unavailable due to a stock error, we notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount received.

7. Delivery

Shipping costs €4.95 and is free on orders over €50. Delivery takes place within 1–3 working days after the seller has received the payment. Stated delivery times are indicative.

8. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The item must be returned unworn and complete. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the consumer, unless the item does not match its description.

9. Conformity

The seller warrants that the items comply with the contract and with the description stated in the offer. Wear and signs of use mentioned in the description do not constitute non-conformity.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted within a reasonable period and fully described via info@re-stepper.com. The seller responds within 14 days.

11. Liability

The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of an item. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that may not be excluded under mandatory law.

12. Applicable law

The mandatory consumer law of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence applies to contracts with consumers.
