Payment data

Your payment is handled by a secure external payment provider. We never receive or store credit card or bank details ourselves.

Cart and wishlist

Your cart and wishlist are stored locally in your own browser. That data is only sent to us when you place an order.

Retention

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as our administration is legally required to keep it. Contact messages are kept no longer than needed to handle your question. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Sharing with service providers

We only share the data necessary with parties that help with payment, hosting, delivery and customer service. They may use the data solely to perform their service for ReStepper, unless they are independently responsible by law.

Unsubscribing and opt-out

You can clear your cart and wishlist by removing the items or deleting this site's local data in your browser. Essential messages about an ongoing order cannot be switched off.
