Returns

How it works

• Register your return within 14 days of receipt via our contact form or by email.
• Include your order number and which item you want to return.
• We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
• Send the item back unworn, complete and well packaged.

Costs

The cost of the return shipment is yours to cover, unless the item arrived damaged or different from its description. In that case we reimburse the return costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

A note on refurbished items

Signs of wear that are stated in the description and the star rating are not grounds for compensation — they are part of a refurbished item. Does the condition clearly differ from the description? Then we will of course sort it out for you.
