ReStepper started out of frustration: beautiful shoes destroyed after a single return simply because of a tiny scratch. We deliberately buy up those batches, refurbish them and give them a fair second price.

Our business model
- Deliberate sourcing: we buy returned batches and lightly damaged items that might otherwise never be sold again.
- Repair and inspection: every item is inspected individually, repaired where needed, cleaned and quality checked.
- Transparent selling: we state the size, condition, signs of wear, original price and sale price. Because every piece is unique, stock per item is limited.
- Online delivery: customers order directly from ReStepper. We handle processing, shipping, customer service and any returns.
